II. Approval of December 14, 2022 minutes (Sellers/Smith). Motion passed.

III. Motion to file Financial Report for Audit (Sellers/Smith). Motion passed.

IV. Staff Program Reports
1. NRCS – In Howard Harrison’s absence, Robbi Sumner reported that deadlines have been extended to March 28th and there are currently approximately 60 EQIP and 22 CSP applications for FY23
2. OSWCD – Program Specialist Robbi Sumner shared the winning posters and provided other District updates
3. FDACS – Environmental Manager Sheila Kitaif reported that the Emergency Order suspending IVs until March 28th might be extended until after the legislative session. New OAWP Director West Gregory has stated that updating and printing BMP manuals is a department priority.
4. FSA – Sumner reported on open positions

V. Unfinished Business
1. Office of Program Policy Analysis & Gov’t Accountability – SWCDs report to be completed by Sept. 30, 2024

1. Public Risk Management of Florida Letter Recommendation. Sellers/Smith motion to send on behalf of OSWCD. Motion passed.
